Role Description We’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive. This is a full-time position focused on expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing effective sales strategie
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing client relationship
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Attending industry events to stay current on market trend
• Regular travel across the U.S. (approximately once per month) to meet with new and existing clients

• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand our footprint by opening new asset-based branches in strategic markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in drayage and transloading is required
• Proven success in logistics sales
• A current book of business (need not be transferable) that demonstrates a proven track record of performance and relationship-building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to work independently
• Residing in the Northeast (although may consider very strong candidates across the U.S)
